HOW TO STAY HEALTHY THIS SUMMER?


 


In 2021 take a resolution to keep yourself healthy and active. We all know in summer hydration is best but we all need to understand no exercise, no gym help us until and unless we start eating healthy if you yourself eat healthy and do proper meditate the result will show on your skin and face you always feel fresh, you will see glow on your skin.

I agree imperfection is more prefect than perfection itself, but keeping yourself fit and healthy is important anyway there are some tips and my personal recommendation to keep yourself gleam and healthy.

Everyone is different in their selves having different skin type, digestion system, etc.  So recommending any product or any particular thing is may wrong. But we can use our own home products to keep ourselves healthy and our skin gleam.

  • Wake early in the morning
  • Drink water in the morning (1-2 glass)
  • Go for a ride or do yoga, meditate at home
  • Have healthy breakfast with some juice  
  • Make a schedule of drinking 1 liter water in every 3 hours (Because hydration is important)
  • Whenever you feel hungry eat some fruits like banana, papaya, kiwi
  • Eat lunch with full of proteins, carbohydrates, etc. 
  • Don't drink water while eating 
  • Go outside for some fresh air 
  • And don't forget to drink water 
  • Do some joyful exercise like dance, cooking, etc.
  • Spend less time on phones, laptops 
  • Have light lunch with some salad 
  • Sleep at least for 8 hours  
By following this schedule you can actually see some changes in your self and for skin, rice water is such a miracle thing 

  • Add rice water in your skin routine as a toner 
  • Clean your face with water until and unless you'll
    get your right face wash for your face  
  • Be happy
